RETURN POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of our garments, including girdles, bras, and jeans, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been tried on or worn. These garments naturally stretch after use, which makes them unsuitable for resale to another customer.
All sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is identified. Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Our company does not offer refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, without exception.
Please note that promotional, discounted, or SALE items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exchanges ONLY
If your garment does not fit properly, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct size. Our exchange policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed after 15 days have passed.
Before returning any item for an exchange, please contact us at info@shopsimplyshapely.com for authorization and instructions.
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
* Unused and unworn
* In the same condition as received
* Returned in the original packaging
* Tags must remain attached
No exceptions will be made.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
To complete your exchange request, a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order number) is required.
Exchanges Will Not Be Approved For:
* Garments showing obvious signs of wear or use
* Items removed from original packaging that are stained, damaged, or altered
* Any item not in brand-new condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
* Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or warehouse.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly:

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
EXCHANGES (if applicable for damage)
You must inspect and notify us within 24 hours of having received your garment/s.
CANCELLATIONS: Absolutely no cancellations are made after the purchase has already been submitted. Please make sure you are needing to make a purchase with us before submitting. Please notice Cancellation fees will be assessed if we are able to cancel your order before reaching the warehouse.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can exchange for the value of your item. Once the item is received, a replacement will be mailed to you.
INSPECTION & APPROVAL
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
SHIPPING
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: Simply Shapely at 926 West Nolana Loop Suite A, Pharr TX 78577, United States. Please add your name and telephone number so that we may contact you upon arrival. For faster service please track your package and call or text at 956-929-2226 once you see that we have received your package.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
